I called early on a Sat morning for a supply line and toilet valve replacement. I didn't have time to do the repair because of work. Lucas showed up quickly and was very professional. He completed the job quickly and saved my day. Thanks for providing very prompt service on a Saturday morning.

They were my grandparents plumbing service for years before I bought their home after they had passed and now I am staying with A- Atherton! Andrew and Luke ( from A-Atherton came out in 2020 and did an excellent job putting in a brand new water heater they were fast but efficient and even took the time to explain things to me. The following day after they had installed it I accidentally blew the pilot light out somehow they came right out and turned it back on for me! I am a customer for life Thank You A-Atherton Plumbing!

We have a finished basement with an ejector pump. We came home from work the other evening to find it not working and leaking all over the floor. Yuck! I was able to make an appointment for the next morning through the website. The technician arrived promptly, explained the problem, and quickly fixed it. He efficiently did in a couple hours what took two men 2 days to do last time this happened! He left the area cleaner than he found it and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend and will call them for all my future needs.

Lucas was very friendly and efficient. As well as starting the water heater pilot he tested water pressure and hardness.

Atherton was called due to a leaky outdoor spigot when the temps were below freezing. Jason, the tech, arrived promptly the same day, and efficiently and effectively replaced the spigot. He was very professional and courteous, explaining the how and what was to be done to rectify the leak. Great job, Jason!

In addition to doing an excellent repair job, Anthony, was friendly, thorough, gave great explanations, and he was very respectful of me and my home! I'm very particular about who comes into my home, but I was comfortable with Anthony's professional, communicative manner. I will be requesting Anthony, from Atherton Plumbing, for my future plumbing needs.

Joshua provided service on two different jobs in one week (kitchen sink , and BM sump pump). On both jobs his expertise was evident in troubleshooting the issue; followed with expedient resolution. Very courteous and seasoned professional. Highly recommend !

House full of guests for Thanksgiving week when our sewer line backed up due to some young grandchildren "activities"! Atherton was out within 1 hour of our call. The technician, Ryan, after assessing the situation, fully explained what steps he was planning on taking if each prior step failed to solve the problem. Got our problem cleared quickly followed by a thorough cleanup. He was professional, polite, and thorough. Highly recommend.

I had a completely stopped up bathtub drain. Called Sunday evening & was able to get Atherton Plumbing out at 8:30 am Monday morning. Ryan the plumber was on time, very personable & did an excellent job snaking out the drain. Very clean job and was told up front the price for repairs. My main drain backed up into the basement. I called Atherton and the young lady who answered the phone was kind and sympathetic. A service person was scheduled that same morning. Before he arrived, I received a photo and basic info so that I knew who was coming. When he got here, he was very easy to talk to and professional. He let me know what the underlying problem was and gave a clear estimate. Then he took care of the problem. I am very pleased with the service I received and will be asking for more help from them in the future.

Jason did an excellent job installing a new hot water heater. Everything was done very neatly, no mess at all. He showed me where all the water shut off valves are located, what each one does, and how to shut each valve off. He is very personable and I enjoyed talking with him. I recommend Atherton Plumbing and I would use them again.

Jerry was soooo knowledgeable. He put in multiple shower heads for me and they work great. He even lowered it for me. He was kind and work diligently. I definitely recommend Atherton plumbing.

Our technician was very prompt, assessed the kitchen sink clog and presented me with options. The clog was cleaned thoroughly and the sink drains better than it ever did!!! We also had the main sewer cleaned since it had been several years since the last cleaning. We are very pleased with the service and would recommend Atherton Plumbing to others.

Atherton was great, Lucas helped me perfectly this morning. He came up with a good solution to a waterline leak in my kitchen. Water was spraying everywhere the night before and Atherton was able to help stop it till the morning. Thank you!!

While coming up with the quote, Jason walked me through what he'd do if/when he did the installation. It was obvious from how he described the work that he knows his stuff. They truly care about the customer and love they send a text picture of the person coming to the house along with the company van, as well as a short bio about the tech coming out! Good job but not cheap. Seems a little expensive to replace 8 inches of a leaking pipe.

11/10 service! Ryan was great and very professional. He was knowledgeable and explained everything really well. The camera he used to show us the inside of our pipes allowed us to see everything he was doing and was just an extra layer of trust. This is the first time I have seen this and impressed me even more. This is definitely a company you can trust and the price was very reasonable. I already have another appointment scheduled which shows just how great they are. Give them a chance and you won't be disappointed.

Atherton’s Plumbing Technician, Ben Shannon, arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable in what he needed to do to repair the plumbing and replace the outside water faucet in our backyard area. It was a bit expensive, but Ben was here ~2.5 hrs since he had to do the plumbing repair inside a wall of our laundry room. The area was cleaned up when he left our home. We definitely appreciated the service being completed the same day that I called in to setup an appointment. We have been an Atherton customer for 35+ years.

Did a great job and really did work as quickly as they could. Had a couple of delays due to city inspectors and plumbers, but that is to be expected. Our guys were great at keeping us apprised as to what was going on and explained this thoroughly. They were personable and professional.
