I received early notification that my service technician was on his way as well as his name and experience details. Ryan was friendly, respectful and kept us notified of his progress. Upon completion, he gave us tips on our toilet model. I asked for recommendations on a future project in our large bathroom. Ryan was very helpful and knowledgeable in his recommendation. My wife entered the bathroom where he had replaced our wax ring and she was very pleased on how much he had cleaned up the area. We are well pleased and will recommend Atherton plumbing.
Andrew was a great plumber today! He came and fixed our toilet and did a free home safety inspection and water test and gave me great tips for our home! He is friendly and very knowledgeable.

Had rising water in my basement. Called at 1:00 am and they had a plumber there by 3. Sump pump had burned up. Lucas French was the technician and he assessed and explained situation. He then replaced sump. He was very professional and I’m sure overworked last night due to the flooding rainwaters. Would absolutely recommend Atherton Plumbing.

Needed service ASAP and they came out within the hour and fixed our leak. I was expecting an expensive bill but they were very reasonable. I would and will refer them to anyone.
Our kitchen faucet suddenly started spraying water from the side every time we turned it on. I expected a quick temporary fix, but the plumber actually took the faucet apart, showed me the damaged piece, and replaced it properly. He worked carefully around the countertops and wiped everything down before leaving.
Friendly and knowledgeable. The Tech called ahead and arrived on time. He worked up the quote and we chose to do one of the items. The cost for doing kitchen sink was high, so we declined that. The work he did in correcting the plumbing hardware under the bathroom sink good quality.

A-Atherton rep was excellent CRM, knew product, had replacement on his truck. The cost was very high - total bill was 4xmaterial costs. Insinkerator MSRP $148, total bill $648.
We had an issue with our kitchen sink. Our technician was professional, explained what needed to be done and made sure that the area was cleaned up when he was done. It was a disgusting job and I am so grateful for Atherton Plumbing!
Had a positive experience with Nathan Floyd. He was knowledgeable in the workings of my soft water conditioner; gave me options re repair vs replace; no pressure re wh option to choose. Would recommend Athetrton for plumbing needs.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five stars for Atherton Plumbing! No one wants to find water spraying out of your hot water heater at 3:00 on a Friday afternoon. A quick Google search and thankfully Atherton Plumbing was the first to take my call. I had already shut off the water & put down towels. They said someone could be at my house in 30 minutes. I was shocked & pleasantly surprised. Mason got here quickly & was the nicest & very knowledgeable guy. He helped me understand what the problem was & my options including the cost of each. Since our water heater was almost 10 years old, the best options was to replace it. Within an hour Dylan arrived with the new water heater & they got it installed. They were extremely professional & respected my home. From the initial phone call to them completing the job was less than 3 hours. I am so thankful for Atherton! I did not plan on replacing the water heater today, but so happy it was done, done right & done quickly. I highly recommend Atherton Plumbing for anyone facing any dreaded water issues.
I had a toilet tank crack and leak, Atherton came the next day.and quickly fixed the entire problem and everything now looks great.

I have always been pleased when using Atherton. Today Ben came out to fix a pipe that had burst. He was professional explained everything in detail and it was not only a job well done but he was a pleasure having him be the one in my home. In the past I tried supporting the Independents, those working on their own and it was always wasted money. I trust Atherton and support them 100%.
They came out the same day I called and Lucas was super nice and very professional. Pricing was reasonable and I’d definitely recommend the to friends.
My main drain wasn't draining and I needed to have it cleared right away. I called Atherton Plumbing and the plumber came out that afternoon. The plumber was professional and did the job with everything now draining properly. I have no problem with the service I received. I do think they are incredibly expensive. The service call was $40 to come out and assess the problem, I have no problem with that. When speaking to the office person she said no estimate could be given over the phone, the plumber would have to see the problem first. The charge to clear my main drain was $577. Tree roots where the problem. I personally think that is about $200 to much. I am not a plumber nor could I do this myself so I paid it. As I said they did a good job getting my drain to clear but the price is too expensive. I doubt I will call them again for service because of the price.
Atherton did a great job. I was able to schedule online the night before and Macen showed up promptly as scheduled the next morning and did the job. No complaints

Needed revised plumbing to install new dishwasher. Atherton was able to send out a plumber quickly. Lucas French did excellent work on the revision. He had explained throughly what was needed and the cost. Appreciated the Health and Safety assesment that was done. Have used Atherton many times and will continue to call them for plumbing needs
