Came out quick to fix our problem.

Main drain was blocked. Dillion was professional and explained the issue well.

I had to have a drain pipe replaced, a new shut off valve and a widespread faucet replaced. All I can say is Nick and Gabe did a wonderful job. I couldn't thank them enough! They were very friendly, professional and efficient. I am truly grateful for them and I will definitely use their services again, as well as recommend Athertons Plumbing to my friends and family

Andrew did a great job replacing my shower cartridge. Price was reasonable.

The plumber was very nice and pleasant. He kept me up to date on what he was doing, which was important. He got the job done in the amount of time he said he would. The price did seem a bit high for me.

Andrew Strausbaugh did a great job installing our new water heater. He double checked all connections to make sure that everything was perfect. He carefully explained the operation of the unit. Atherton handled our project professionally and at a very competitive price.

It has been difficult for me to find a commercial plumber in the Dayton area. I tried Atherton out and was impressed with the service. Their cost was half that of RR and they actually solved the problem. Professional crew with fair prices.

Macen from Atherton came out to my house for a clogged toilet. It was actually working from something I had done overnight by the time Macen got here. But Macen was so professional, knowledgeable, friendly , and informative . He provided great advice! If he is a representative of your company , you are doing good! Leaving five stars for technician Ryan who was quick to arrive on sunday, did a great job and explained the service well including showing me the intruding tree roots with camera. To Atherton ... once the $250 weekend fee was added in, I basically paid $400/hr ... Yikes.

I could not have asked for better service or better price. I had an issue with a leaking toilet, and they made sure I knew all the options up front, and when they hammered the tile they clearly explained my options, even though some options meant less work for them. I will be using atheron for all my plumbing work in the future.

Called at 9:30 to fix leak under bathroom sink and faulty tub spout that diverts water from tub to shower. Technician arrived withing 30 minutes to assess the problems. Both issues quickly fixed. Price seemed a little high for those two items but it was done quickly.

Sunday morning text from our tenants that shower, sink and toilet were backing up. Called Atherton, they explained the emergency pricing, tech called me 5 minutes later and asked some questions and walked me through the process and pricing. 5 minutes later i had a text with a picture of my technician, Nick, and that he was on his way. 30 minutes later i met himat the property, everything fixed in less than an hour, keeping me in the loop at every step. He did a great job of fixing the issue and cleaning up after himself. I love Atherton for their responsiveness and quality of work.

Had water heater go out overnight and called for help at 0900. Was scheduled from 12-4:30 for repair or replacement and Tech arrived at 4:15 approximately. Tech was very kind and knowledgeable to work, performed expertly and was back with hot water by 8:00 pm. Fully replacement!! Thank you

Feb 23, 2026 I called Atherton Plumbing just yesterday to help with a clogged basement kitchen sink drain that had not only backed up ~ dirty water went all over my counter and floor. What a mess!!! So very happy Atherton sent Jason to my home. He thoroughly accessed the situation and explained everything he needed to do to fix the drain and was kind enough to answer all my questions plus he threw in a bit of his knowledge about water sensors which definitely enlightened me. I will be purchasing these sensors...He and the other guy helping (sorry I didn't catch his name) cleaned everything up nicely. I highly, highly recommend Atherton Plumbing. Very quick response. Even worked late to get my floor drain clear. Knew exactly what to do the second he saw the floor drain. These folks are pros. If you’re a landlord and need a responsive team that’s fairly priced- these are your guys.

We had a clogged sewer drain, I called Atherton and they were at our property within 2 hours and took care of the issue quickly.

Jason Maxwell came out to check my water heater. He was able to come out the same day that I called. He inspected my corroded water heater and told me it needed to be replaced, before it made a bigger mess than it had made already. The whole tank was really rusty and corroded and water was in the tray. He checked on the price and said he had good news and bad news. The good news was the tank was under warranty and the bad news was installation was $1400. Well...I don't have the skills to install a water heater and told Jason to go ahead. He had to go pickup a water heater, but was only gone about 30 to 40 minutes. He had the water draining out of the old water heater while he went to get the new one. He took the old water heater out and installed the new one and cleaned up the little bit of water that dripped on the floor. Ran water to get the air out of the lines. I asked Jason if he could show me how to change the filter in my Nuvo water softener. He said, "sure". This system was really different from our old one and I bought the wrong filter, so I'm Really glad he helped me out. It only to Jason about 3 hours total, including having to go pickup the new water heater. I asked him some questions about tankless system, because I was curious. He was very knowledgeable and didn't mind answering my questions. We've had good luck with Atherton Plumbing and have used them several times. We've been pleased with all the plumbers.

My shower cartridge was worn out and the shower wouldn't shut off so I had to shut the water off to the house. They sent Macen to take care of it and he was excellent, thus the 5 star rating. He was very respectful of our home and knew exactly what to do and had the new parts on his truck. Done in an hour.....

I had detected a problem with my water pressure for 4 months or so and called Atherton and their Lead Technician Jerry Stover came to my home and my water heater was completely clogged from the water softener residue. Water Softener had sent all it's material to the Hot Water heater and now I had no running water and tank wouldn't drain....Jerry knew exactly what to do and made sure EVERY toilet, sink, bathtub, washer, Everything that receives water in the 3 story home was working and stayed after hours to make sure.....water softener was getting some age and I should have called sooner...As far as Atherton and Jerry Stover...If there was something beyond 5 stars I would leave it. Now I know what to do in the future, everything was explained

He explained everything well, took care of the issue, and provided additional advice for taking care of our water heater and for potential recurrent issues. The communication over text from the company was also very helpful. I appreciated the short description and photo of the technician so we had some information about him before he arrived. Overall, very pleased with the services. Price was reasonable for the services provided, similar to other plumbing services in the area.

Contacted Atherton Plumbing from a referral from a friend. Glad I did, I needed some work done on my shower. Atherton arrived when they told me they would. 2 young men “Dillon and Dalton” arrived on time. Seemed very knowledgeable and were done much earlier than I thought they would. My experience was SO good ! I called because of a drain clogged in our basement that created water in the basement and within the hour they had someone out ! Our technician Jason Maxwell was AMAZING ! He explained everything thoroughly and did everything he could to help us !
